Scope

First, we want to be clear how this Policy applies. This Privacy Policy applies to BazaarExpress. This Policy also applies to digital properties (we use “digital properties” to include websites) owned or operated by BazaarExpress, and any of our subsidiaries, unless that property or subsidiary has its own privacy policy (which would instead apply).
