What is BazaarExpress’s warranty policy?
Brand Warranty Information
If an item qualifies for a manufacturer’s warranty, this will be clearly marked as “Brand Warranty” on its product page. In such cases, any repair or replacement services during the warranty period will be handled directly by the respective brand, free of cost—provided the product issue arises under normal use within the covered timeframe.

Seller Warranty Details
Items covered by a seller warranty will be labeled as “Local Seller Warranty” on the product page. To file a claim, you can reach out to the seller directly via the contact options listed on the product page or on your purchase invoice.
Under this warranty, if any component requires replacement for repair, the cost of the part will be borne by the customer.
Important Notice on Warranty Conditions:
A warranty may be voided if the product is damaged due to customer actions. Examples include attempted self-repair, screen breakage, physical bending, scratches, dents, burn marks, liquid exposure, unauthorized software modifications (such as rooting or manual updates), and not following the product manual guidelines.How can I get my product serviced?

Simple and Hassle-Free Returns
If your delivered item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or has missing parts, you can easily submit a return request through the BazaarExpress app or website.

Valid Reasons for a Return:

- The delivered product is damaged (broken, shattered) or defective (does not power on).

- The delivered product is incomplete (missing components or accessories).

- The delivered product is incorrect (wrong item, size, color, counterfeit, or expired).

- The delivered product does not match its online description or images.

- The delivered product does not fit (unsuitable size).

Condition of Returns
For a return to be accepted, the item must be in its original, unused condition:

- The product must be in a flawless state, not worn, washed, or used.

- For fashion items, trying on the product to check fit is permissible and does not count as “worn.”

- All original elements, such as tags, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, free gifts, and the invoice all must be included.

- The item must be sent back in its original manufacturer’s packaging without damage. If the product arrived in a Bazaarexpress shipping box, please use that same box for return. Do not place tape or stickers directly on the product’s original packaging.
Important: Please write the Order Number and Return Tracking Number clearly on your return package. This helps us process your return quickly and avoid delays.
Refund Qualification Notice
Your eligibility for a refund depends on your returned item meeting all conditions outlined in our return policy. If the item does not satisfy these requirements, we may decline the refund request.
Please note:Â If your return request is rejected, your item will be sent back to you within 4Â – 6 business days. Should there be three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the item will be responsibly discarded and no refund will be issued.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return is approved, you may select your preferred refund method from the options in the table below. The refunded amount will include both the product price and any shipping fees paid.
